Purchasing Analyst
Location: Neenah, WI (On-site with Hybrid Flexibility After Training)
Compensation: $70,000 annually
About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Purchasing Analyst to support procurement, inventory planning, and supplier management within a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment. This role offers strong visibility, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on purchasing operations.
After successful completion of training and onboarding, this role offers opportunities for a hybrid schedule, providing greater flexibility while maintaining operational effectiveness.
What You'll Do
- Analyze product demand and purchasing trends to prevent supply disruptions
- Create, manage, and track purchase orders across multiple suppliers
- Maintain inventory records, item setup, and BOM configurations
- Develop and maintain purchasing tools, dashboards, and reports
- Manage complex and non-standard orders, including:
- New customer and new product introductions
- Truckload and special logistics orders
- Oversized and dimension-based shipments
- Build and track supplier performance scorecards
- Collaborate with logistics, operations, and internal stakeholders
- Support additional procurement and supply chain initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or logistics
- High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Experience with ERP systems and purchasing/reporting tools
- Exposure to JET Reports, data cubes, or EDI environments a plus
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Clear communicator with strong attention to detail
