Purchasing Analyst

Location: Neenah, WI (On-site with Hybrid Flexibility After Training)

Compensation: $70,000 annually

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Purchasing Analyst to support procurement, inventory planning, and supplier management within a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment. This role offers strong visibility, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on purchasing operations.

After successful completion of training and onboarding, this role offers opportunities for a hybrid schedule, providing greater flexibility while maintaining operational effectiveness.

What You'll Do

• Analyze product demand and purchasing trends to prevent supply disruptions
• Create, manage, and track purchase orders across multiple suppliers
• Maintain inventory records, item setup, and BOM configurations
• Develop and maintain purchasing tools, dashboards, and reports
• Manage complex and non-standard orders, including:
  • New customer and new product introductions
  • Truckload and special logistics orders
  • Oversized and dimension-based shipments
• Build and track supplier performance scorecards
• Collaborate with logistics, operations, and internal stakeholders
• Support additional procurement and supply chain initiatives

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or logistics
• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Experience with ERP systems and purchasing/reporting tools
• Exposure to JET Reports, data cubes, or EDI environments a plus
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Clear communicator with strong attention to detail
